1. Definitions

Order Date: The date on which the reservation is made.
Booking Date: The scheduled date of the service or activity.

2. General Cancellation Terms

30 Days or More Prior to Booking Date: 5% cancellation fee.
15-29 Days Prior: 20% cancellation fee.
7-14 Days Prior: 35% cancellation fee.
3-6 Days Prior: 50% cancellation fee.
Less Than 3 Days Prior: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

3. Special Activities or Packages

Certain activities or packages may have unique cancellation terms:

Catamaran Cruises & Similar Activities:
48 Hours in Advance: Free rescheduling based on availability.
24-48 Hours Prior: 50% cancellation fee.
Less Than 24 Hours Prior: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

4. Alterations to Bookings

If you request a change to a confirmed booking and later cancel, the cancellation fee will be based on the original booking date, not the rescheduled date.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, exceptions to the standard cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the booked activity or service without prior cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply (no refund).

7. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-15 business days, depending on bank processing times.
